U3A Event

Glensanda Superquarry. Whole day excursion. 14 places.  Meet at the Ballachulish TIC at 09.30 (not the provisional 08.00 originally suggested) to share transport. Arrive at the Rhubha Garbh depot, Barcaldine, at 10.30 where we will be issued with goggles, hard hats and ‘hi-vis’ jackets. Please note the car parking instructions on arrival. Bring own waterproofs and stout footwear; cameras and binoculars recommended. Our ferry leaves at 11.00. We will leave Glensanda on the 15.00 return ferry, getting back to the depot at about 15.30.
